At ALPHA 4X4, we want you to be fully satisfied with your premium apparel. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Log into your customer account or visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is free from signs of wear or washing.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
